Each of our professionals has years of experience in
their respective field and together we will make sure
that we exceed your expectations.
Principal-
Gary Carlson: Gary has been involved in residential
construction for over 30 years. He has a BA from the University
of Colorado in Geography specializing in Urban and Regional
Planing. His career has given him the experience of building
and marketing homes throughout the United States in a
wide variety of price ranges. His last position, Division
President for the Phoenix Division of M/I Homes, resulted
in the creation of one of the largest custom home building
companies in the country. This experience gives Gary the
ability to make sure your home purchase goes smoothly.
Construction
Manager- Wendell Bennett: Has over 20 years experience
in construction and knows what it takes to make sure your
home is finished with quality and on time. Wendell's experience
as a professional hockey player has taught him how to
motivate others to work as a team to properly complete
a job. This is evident every day on Wendell's projects.
Project
Manager- Taco Schmid: Taco's job is to make sure
your desires are properly conveyed on the blueprint
and your home is built to your specifications. He enjoys
terrific rapport with our engineering and architectural
staffs as well as the governmental agencies we must
work with. Taco was raised in Holland (hence his unusual
name) and grew up in an environment that enhanced his
interest in making sure that architectural design and
function work together to create unequaled living experiences.
These
three individuals direct a team of professionals to make
sure your home is completed with the utmost care in design
and construction. We believe that the more eyes involved
in the home, the better. You will have sales coordinators
and superintendents with you every step of the way. These
people make sure that your desires are properly communicated
to the various high quality trades and suppliers that
actually build the home.
