a note to let you know how much we are enjoying our Carlson
Home.We moved from St. Louis, Dec. 1st to be here full
time. As you know we had a few small problems along the
way with personnel changes and adjustments, but after
it is all said and done, our home is absolutely wonderful.
Your staff, especially people like Wendell Bennett, have
been outstanding and quite enjoyable to work with. Rick
Sturdy also did a great job in following through with
his responsibilities. Your new customer service representative,
Gino, is a pleasure to work with.
All in all, our experience with you and your Carlson
Home staff has been both fun and rewarding. Our home
is beautiful. I just can't say enough about how satisfied
we are. Our friends have all commented on the design
and quality of workmanship.
