Although
I am not accustomed to writing letters of this kind I
feel compelled to put in writing our appreciation for
the wonderful work that you and your staff have provided
for us through the building process and beyond. In particular
your attentiveness to our needs after we had closed on
our home and moved in has been remarkable. As always
there are details and minor issues that arise after one
moves into a new constructed home.
However, Carlson Homes has answered the call time after
time when we had any questions or concerns. We could
not possibly ask for a more concerned, professional
and dedicated attitude from you Ken and Wendel at every
turn.
