All
kitchens come with Dacor appliances, including a 36" cooktop
with one 14,000 btu burner, two 12,500 btu burners and
28,500 btu burners. The unit is completely sealed for
easy cleaning. Also included is
a simmering tray and the pan holders can be used as trivets.
The
built in Dacor fan is actually two fans that can pull
1400 cubic feet of air per minute
out of the cooking area.
Dacor
30" double ovens are included as well. These
are full convection as well as conventional self cleaning
ovens. These ovens provide the most even distribution of
baking heat on the market today. You have your choice of
independent or vertical units.
The
microwave has many convenient features such as defrost
or popcorn and provides 2 cubic feet of space.
The Miele dishwasher is state of the art, providing maximum
capacity, ease of use and quiet all at the same time.
The Sub Zero refrigerator is the best refrigerator on
the market for custom home use.
All
of our homes include a water softener, water filtration
and your reverse osmosis system for your convenience.
The
counters feature category 1 granite with an eased edge
as standard. Electrical outlets are conveniently located
under the upper cabinet and behind the lower cabinets
under the countertop. This little touch keeps your backsplashes
free of clutter.
Upper cabinets are 13" deep. This allows
extra space for platters. Roll outs and trash bins are included.
The pantries feature a closet system with adjustable
shelves.
The laundry room comes with cabinets that match the kitchen
and granite tops with a stainless steel sink faucet with
detached spray head, we include Maytag Neptune washers
and the Maytag Neptune dryer centers.
The laundry room is prewired for 220 and gas for your
dryer. Dryer vents are recessed as are the water supply
lines. Broom closets and a drip rod are included.
