Glass
Block is extensively used in the master shower. This
block is built upon a masonry base in order to provide
long term support. Dual controls for dual shower heads are standard. Design your own soap niches, their
included as is the bench.
Master
bath cabinetry is 36" high, down lighting
and forward lighting are provided for. Recessed mirrors
are ample in size. Under cabinet outlets allow electrical appliances
to be stored away while not being used so you have an uncluttered environment. Rollouts make storage spaces more convenient.
Large
sinks and one piece, "comfort height" toilets
are included. Vent fans are 50cfm.
Secondary Baths
Cabinets are 36' high with ample counter top space. All
baths have under counter outlets and rollouts too. Notice
that the sinks are larger than in most homes.
Mirrors are large and lighting is ample. Vent fans are
50cfm.
Sinks are large and the accessories match the fixtures.

Powder Rooms
The powder rooms are lavishly appointed with high quality
plumbing fixtures and j boxes for wall sconce lights.
We include a furniture quality cabinet, but you can also
do "floating vanities" or pedestals.
Mirrors are sized to whatever wall treatment you decide
on.
You can create your powder room to match your taste, it's
