Carlson Homes was founded in 2002 by Gary Carlson. Gary has been involved in residential construction for over 40 years. He has a BA from the University of Colorado in Geography, specializing in Urban and Regional Planning. Carlson Homes is one of the largest custom home builders in the Valley and now has expanded to remodeling existing homes. We have been recognized for our quality work many times since its launch in 2002. In 2010, we won the “Super Service Award” from Angie’s List. For over 4 years, Carlson Homes has been awarded “Best of Houzz” for service due to our high levels of client satisfaction.
